Shipping Information
We typically use USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Most orders will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after noon on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. We will include a tracking number in a shipping confirmation email to you. Please note, holidays or bad weather can delay shipping.
Shipping is paid by the weight of the parcel so we are unable to combine orders and refund shipping fees.
Any taxes, duties, or fees accrued by parcels passing through customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales via this website are final and shall not be subject to return or refund, except that: yarn may be returned for credit to the original method of payment within 60 days of purchase if unused, in its original condition and put-up and with a copy of the original receipt. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Purchases made via the website must also be returned via the website if need be. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Patterns, books, needles, accessories and sale items may not be returned.
